Refund Policy

100% refund available within 30 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of the course. Refunds are only given with proof of course and evaluation completion. Please email support@riffswithryan.com for more information.

Riffs with Ryan strongly encourages course participants to communicate any questions, concerns, or grievances so we can help foster a supportive and pleasant continuing education experience. Please contact Ryan Johnson at support@riffswithryan.com with any questions or concerns. In the event that a suitable resolution is not provided, the participant may contact the Continuing Education Committee of CBMT to report a grievance.

Riffs with Ryan is approved to provide continuing education to music therapists by the Certification Board for Music Therapists (CBMT). Riffs with Ryan (Provider Number P-246) maintains responsibility for program quality, and adherence to CBMT policies and criteria.

Not all courses all eligible for CMTE credit.
